The McSweeney Regional Senior Center is a regional, multipurpose senior center that provides programs and services to any person 60 years of age and older, regardless of income or geographical location. McSweeney is a private, non-profit corporation, receiving Title III funding under the Older Americans Act, administered through Eastern Connecticut Area Agency on Aging. The Center is governed by a Board of Directors from the towns of Ashford, Chaplin, Columbia, Coventry, Hampton, Lebanon, Mansfield, Scotland, Willington, Windham, and the borough of Willimantic. The Senior Staff consists of a Director, Dentist, Dental Assistant, Geriatric Physician, Geriatric Nurse, Wellness Center Nurse, Health Coordinator, Bookkeeper, Secretary, Recreation Coordinator, and a Site Server. The McSweeney Senior Center Lobby carries homemade crafts which you can purchase. Stop by and see our beautiful crafts. All proceeds go to the McSweeney Senior Center.
